Not only do I feel more energetic and healthy, but since I started doing regular aerobic exercise, my life with my kids and husband has improved and I find myself feeling much happier.

This type of exercise is fat burning. As you do some activity using large muscles (legs, especially) this raises your heart rate but still allows you to breathe normally, your body will burn fat with the oxygen you’re breathing. Aerobic exercise is perhaps the answer to turn the body into a lean and mean machine, brimming with energy and strength. Any exercise which requires pumping the body vigorously, that makes the heart race and the lungs to pull in as much air into the system as can be demanded will do you wonders. Exercise that is moderate performed over an extended period of time, such as running and bicycling, are probably best to easily burn fat, keep a positive attitude and help you be more resistance to stress.
